Coconut oil

Coconut oil is used in food to nourish hair and for skincare. It is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. Both of these help in making good tissue in the skin. If you have a lot of pimples on your face or if you have pimple marks, then you must massage the face with coconut oil.
