गर्मियों में पानी की कमी के कारण, होंठ फट जाते हैं तो अपनाइए कुछ ऐसे टिप्स

पानी की कमी के कारण त्वचा कुछ रूखी-सुखी हो जाती है इसके लिए आप इन ख़ास बातों का ध्यान रख सकते हैं 

जैसे ही मौसम गर्मी से गर्मी में बदलता है, होंठ फटने लगते हैं और सूखने लगते हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण पानी, एलर्जी, अत्यधिक गर्मी, विटामिन की कमी आदि का अभाव है। सर्दियों में, ज्यादातर लोग इस समस्या से निपटते हैं, लेकिन गर्मियों में, अगर किसी के होंठ सूखे और छिल जाते हैं, तो वे पूरी तरह से दिखाई देते हैं और जब लिपस्टिक होती है फटे होठों पर देखा जाता है तो वे खराब दिखने लगते हैं, इसलिए यह आवश्यक है कि होठों को जल्द से जल्द ठीक किया जाए ताकि उनमें कोई दर्द न हो।

एक चम्मच शहद में दो चम्मच चीनी मिलाकर एक पेस्ट तैयार करें। इस पेस्ट को अपने होंठों पर लगाएं और छोड़ दें। कुछ देर के लिए इस मिश्रण को हल्की उंगलियों से होंठों पर रगड़ें और फिर गुनगुने पानी से धो लें। इसके बाद होंठों को किसी साफ कपड़े से साफ करें। सभी मृत त्वचा निकल जाएगी और होंठ सामान्य दिखने लगेंगे। होठों को नम रखने के लिए आप नारियल तेल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

दिन में तीन से चार बार नारियल का तेल लगाएं। नारियल तेल लगाने के बाद जब आपको लगे कि आपके होंठ सूख रहे हैं, तो आप फिर से नारियल तेल लगाएं। इस तरह आपके होंठ जल्द ही मुलायम हो जाएंगे। फटे होंठों के उपचार के लिए एलोवेरा जेल को होंठों पर लगाएं। ताजा एलेवोरा जेल लगाने की कोशिश करें। बाहरी जेल में रसायन आदि होते हैं जो होठों को खराब कर सकते हैं,

इसलिए जैल का नए सिरे से उपयोग करें और यदि होंठों में दर्द है तो इससे बेहतर कोई विकल्प नहीं है। गर्मियों में, ककड़ी बहुत आसान है, इसलिए यदि आपके होंठ फटे हैं तो आप उन पर ककड़ी या खीरे का रस लगा सकते हैं। ऐसा आपको 15-20 मिनट तक करना है। यदि आप ऐसा दो या तीन बार करते हैं, तो होंठ सूखे और जकड़े हुए नहीं दिखेंगे।
