What Is A Hair Serum And How Does It Work?

Hair serum is a protective layer that coats the cuticle of your hair and protects it from damage while also making it smoother, shinier, and easier to manage. Depending on the type of serum, you can apply it to the length of your hair or to both the ends and the scalp.

Straightening Hair Serum (Homemade)

Did you know that using a hair serum can make your hair appear straighter? A few things make your hair look straighter by making it smoother and silkier. Here's what you'll need:

Coconut Oil

Soy Oil

Jojoba Oil

Olive Oil

Combine all of the oils in a dark glass container and thoroughly mix them together. Warm the oils in the bottle by placing it in a glass of warm water before using. Apply the heated oil from the roots to the ends of your hair and comb it through with a good brushes. Check to see if your hair is falling straight on your shoulders and if any waves are appearing. Apply more heat to your hair with a hair dryer. Rinse it off with a light shampoo after a while. Your hair will be much straighter and shinier as a result of this treatment! Use a few drops and evenly spread them onto damp hair if you want to use this as a post-wash hair serum. After that, blow dry your hair with a paddle brush to distribute the hair serum evenly.

In a dark glass bottle, combine all of the oils and mix to combine. This hair serum should be kept in a cold, dry place. If you apply the serum on damp hair, make sure to use a small amount or your hair will become weighed down.

Because Argan oil is profoundly moisturising and Almond oil is light in texture, a combination of Argan and Almond oil is ideal for this recipe. This hair serum is an excellent alternative to oiling your hair because it's easy to wash off. For optimal results, apply it an hour or two before showering or leave it on overnight.
