Easy Natural Treatments for Frequent Urination

Do you have to heed "nature's call" too frequently? Do you constantly feel like you have to urinate and that it takes up some of your free time? Does having to pee keep you awake at night and keep you occupied during the day? It's normal to have the urge to urinate, and it happens to everyone occasionally.

But if you notice that you are urinating more frequently than usual, you should investigate the cause. Frequent urination is typical in some circumstances, including pregnancy. Frequent urination, though, can be an indicator of a more serious medical issue. Although the need to urinate frequently can be inconvenient, upsetting, and unpleasant, it is also controllable.

What Leads To Constant Urination?

  • Diabetes: If you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, you may have frequent urination. It is a typical sign of diabetes. So, a sign of diabetes may be frequent urination.
  • Urinary tract and bladder disorders: A few disorders that affect the urinary tract can also contribute to frequent urination.
  • 1 Some of the ailments include:
  • infection of the urinary tract
  • bladder hyperactivity syndrome
  • Cystitis interstitial (frequent urge to urinate with a painful bladder)
  • Urethral cancer (rare).
  • Pregnancy: The baby takes up more room in the bladder during pregnancy, which puts more pressure on it and makes you feel the urge to urinate more frequently.

Home Treatments for Frequent Urination:

 1. Pomegranate Paste The skin of pomegranates can kill bacteria (anti-microbial). It is particularly powerful against the E. coli bacteria, which is mostly to blame for urinary tract infections (due to which frequent urination might occur). 2 You must peel the pomegranate fruit and save the skin in order to use it as a cure. The skin must next be ground into a paste. To benefit from this paste, mix it with a little water and consume it every day.

2. Seeds of fenugreek

Fenugreek can be used to lower blood sugar levels and enhance quality of life, according to a study. Specific bioactive chemicals are present, which is what causes this activity (alkaloids, steroids and trigonelline). Additionally, it functions as an antioxidant and lessens the body's oxidative stress, which contributes to diabetes and frequent urination. 3 Fenugreek seeds can be used by simply taking a small amount of them everyday, either as a powder or by simply ingesting the seeds.

3. Amla

Amla is high in vitamin C and works well to manage blood sugar, which reduces the need to urinate frequently. It is particularly advantageous for the urinary system since it encourages urine elimination without overstimulating urine flow. 4 Amla can be used to treat frequent urination at home by simply making its juice. You can drink the amla juice straight up or you can sweeten it with honey. Drinking this juice every other day could help you stop urinating a lot.

4. Tulsi

Tulsi has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. It is employed in Ayurveda to treat a variety of illnesses, including urinary tract infections (a common cause of frequent urination). 5 A few tulsi leaves can be crushed and eaten with a little honey. Tulsi leaves can also be used to prepare a decoction by boiling them in some water. Then, consume this concoction to enjoy the tulsi advantages.

Arti, a renowned brow specialist, Discusses Microblading

"Brows on fleek" would undoubtedly rank among the top five, if not three, obsessions with beauty in the present. That is how important brows are in the modern world. Over the years, brows have seen quite a revolution, going from thin and skinny to bushy and fluffy. One thing is undeniable: filled-in and fuller brows are here to stay, regardless of versions and trends that continue to emerge. Personally, I still have my eyebrow gel on (that adds volume, tint and separates each hair for a bushy look). People frequently choose microblading and nanoblading as an extension of the fuller brow trend.

How to Build a Skincare Routine for Your Skin Type

Introduction: Why Your Skincare Routine Matters

Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight — it’s the result of consistent care that matches your unique needs. Building a skincare routine designed for your skin type can make a Big difference. Instead of copying a random influencer’s routine or grabbing every new product on the shelf, learning what your skin needs will help you save time, money, and frustration.

This guide walks you through exactly how to build a skincare routine for your skin type. You’ll learn how to identify your skin type, choose the right products, and create a step-by-step routine that’s easy to follow.

Step 1: Identify Your Skin Type

The first and most important step is knowing your skin type. Using products made for another skin type can lead to irritation, dryness, or breakouts. Here’s how to figure it out:

  • Normal Skin: Feels balanced, not too dry or too oily.
  • Oily Skin: Appears shiny, especially in the T-zone, and may be prone to acne.
  • Dry Skin: Feels tight, flaky, or rough; lacks moisture.
  • Combination Skin: Oily in some areas (like the forehead and nose) but dry in others (like the cheeks).
  • Sensitive Skin: Easily irritated, red, or reactive to products.

A simple way to test: After washing your face with a gentle cleanser, leave it bare for an hour. How your skin feels afterward will reveal its type.

Step 2: Build a Basic Skincare Routine

No matter your skin type, a simple three-step routine is the foundation:

  1. Cleanser – Removes dirt, oil, and makeup.
  2. Moisturizer – Locks in hydration and protects the skin barrier.
  3. Sunscreen – Shields against harmful UV rays during the day.

Once you’re comfortable with these basics, you can add targeted treatments like serums or exfoliators.

Step 3: Choose Products for Your Skin Type

Let’s break it down based on different skin types.

For Oily Skin
  • Cleanser: Use a foaming or gel cleanser with ingredients like salicylic acid to control excess oil.
  • Moisturizer: Pick an oil-free, lightweight lotion.
  • Extras: Clay masks and gentle exfoliation can help unclog pores.
For Dry Skin
  • Cleanser: Go for a creamy, hydrating cleanser without sulfates.
  • Moisturizer: Look for thick creams with hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or ceramides.
  • Extras: Use hydrating serums and avoid harsh scrubs.
For Combination Skin
  • Cleanser: Use a gentle, balancing cleanser.
  • Moisturizer: Apply a lightweight lotion on oily areas and a richer cream on dry patches.
  • Extras: Multi-masking (different masks for different areas) works well.
For Sensitive Skin
  • Cleanser: Choose fragrance-free, gentle cleansers.
  • Moisturizer: Look for calming ingredients like aloe or oat extract.
  • Extras: Patch test new products and avoid alcohol-heavy formulas.
For Normal Skin
  • Cleanser: Mild foaming or cream cleanser.
  • Moisturizer: Balanced lotion or cream with antioxidants.
  • Extras: You can experiment more easily with treatments.
